Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use our contact form or chat, we collect your name, email address, your phone number if you choose to share it, and the message you send. If you reach out by phone, email, or text, we’ll have whatever you include in that message.

Information collected automatically. We use analytics to understand how the site is used — things like which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive, and general device or browser type. We use two tools: Vercel Analytics, which is privacy-friendly and cookieless, and Google Analytics (GA4), which uses cookies to measure visits and distinguish new visitors from returning ones. We don’t use any of this for advertising or to identify you personally. If you’d rather not be measured by Google Analytics, you can install Google’s browser opt-out add-on.

How we use your information

We use the information you share to:

• Reply to your questions and requests
• Schedule fittings, provide quotes, and follow up about your order — usually by email or text
• Keep records of work we’ve discussed or done
• Maintain and improve our website

We contact you about your own inquiry — we don’t send marketing blasts.

How we share your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business:

• Resend — delivers the message from our contact form to our inbox.
• Vercel — hosts our website and provides the cookieless analytics described above.
• Google Analytics — measures website traffic so we can understand what’s useful and improve the site.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

How long we keep it

We keep the messages and contact details you send for as long as we need them to respond and for our normal business records, then delete them when they’re no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information you’ve shared with us — just email us or call the shop. If you’d rather we stop contacting you, let us know and we will.

Children’s privacy

Our website isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “last updated” date at the top of this page.
