How to find Alter Up inside Chandler Fashion Center

You’ll find us on Level 2 of Chandler Fashion Center, in Suite 2170 — directly above Round 1 Bowling and next door to the new Seafood City. We serve Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe, and Queen Creek, and here’s what to know before you come: when to walk in, when to book, and what happens when you drop something off.

Already at the mall? Bring a simple drop-off with you — walk-ins are welcome any time we’re open.

01Walk in

One or two simple items — a hem, a button, a small repair.

02Book a fitting

A dress, a suit or tux, or several pieces at once. Booking gives a tailor time to fit you properly.

03Wedding gowns

Always by appointment — you can book your first fitting online, like everything else.

03What happens when you drop off?

We look at the piece with you and give you a quote in person, so tell us your deadline while you’re here. Standard turnaround is about 10–14 days, with rush service available for an added charge. When it’s ready you’ll get a text, and you can check on it any time on our order tracking page with the number on your ticket.

04Is there anything you can’t help with?
